The following customer advisory was published by Maersk Line:
ZIM Integrated Shipping Services will be purchasing slots on the AE12 and AE15 services to/from East Mediterranean. Please note that there will be no change to schedules and port coverage, as previously communicated last December. No impact will affect any of our customers and our vessels will continue being operated by MSC/Maersk as it is today.
In addition to the above, ZIM will join the TP9 service to/from US West Coast /Canada as a VSA partner, and operate 4 out of the 7 vessels. Part of the slots produced on TP9 will be swapped for slots on the fully 2M operated TP8.
All the above is expected to take effect as of March 2019, subject to regulatory approval.
