Supreme Court turns away Brooklyn marine terminal’s fee case

“The US Supreme Court has rejected a New York marine terminal’s bid to collect $13 million in demurrage that it claimed was owed by an ocean carrier under the terms of a Federal Maritime Commission (FMC) tariff.
