The following release was published by Hutchison Ports ECT Rotterdam:
We were informed by customs today that containers with destination Russia will be blocked by customs and cannot be loaded. In consultation with the relevant shipping companies and on the basis of instructions from customs, it is determined what will be done with blocked containers. With regard to containers to be unloaded from or destined for Russia, we will make agreements with the shipping companies concerned whether these containers will be unloaded and, if so, under what conditions.
