Following continued disruption to our ocean network in New Zealand, and in response to the severe weather events in the North Island, we wish to advise our customers of re-starting the Polaris service.
The Polaris service will assist to minimize customer impact from the current operational disruption while continuing to connect our customers supply chains during the upcoming New Zealand export season, by increasing network flexibility across Australia and New Zealand.
The Polaris - Our Dedicated Transtasman service Starting from TRIESTE TRADER calling Nelson on the 19th of March 2023, the dedicated service between Australia and New Zealand will be reintroduced to offer our customers improved cargo connections within Oceania.
Port Rotation : Sydney > Nelson > Timaru > Lyttelton > Sydney
