Premier Alliance Service Update - MD2 and KMP

The following release was published by HMM:

HMM is pleased to announce the revised MD2 and KMP services. The Asia-Mediterranean segment of the current MP2 service will begin operating as a standalone service, renamed as Mediterranean Service 2 (MD2). The Transpacific segment of MP2 will be integrated with the Korea Middle East Express (KME) which will be newly launched as Korea Middle East – Pacific South (KMP) service.

Mediterranean Service 2 (MD2)

Port rotation : Pusan – Shanghai – Ningbo – Kaohsiung – Shekou – Singapore – (CoGH) – Tangier – Valencia – Barcelona – Genoa – Fos – (CoGH) – Singapore – Pusan

First sailing : HYUNDAI NEPTUNE, ETA Pusan, Sep 7th 2025

West Bound:

Wide coverage of West Med including Spain, Italy, France and Morocco.
Tangier transshipment for North Africa

East Bound:

Express service from West Med to Pusan and Central China.
Covering various SE Asian countries including Vietnam and Thailand via Singapore transshipment.

Korea Middle East – Pacific South (KMP)

Transpacific port rotation : Middle East – Singapore – Laem Chabang – Cai Mep – Shanghai – Pusan – Long Beach – Oakland – Pusan – Dalian – Xingang – Qingdao – Pusan – Shanghai – Ningbo – Kaohsiung – Shekou – Singapore – Middle East
