28 June 2018 – Singapore – Ocean Network Express Pte. Ltd. (“ONE”) held ONE Opening Party at Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel (392 Havelock Rd, Singapore 169663) to announce ONE’s business commencement externally to our valued customers, business partners, and government officials.
CEO Jeremy Nixon gave his greeting speech to start the ceremony, followed by the speech from the guest of honour – Dr Lam Pin Min, Senior Minister of State, Ministry of Health and Ministry of Transportation, and the special guest – Mr Kenji Shinoda, Ambassador of Japan. Over 500 attendees gathered together to celebrate its launch.
Unique interior inlaid inside the venue, such as bar stool formed alike magenta coloured container, and customised ONE Sling Cocktails/Mocktails served to guests as one of beverage list.
Furthermore, “AS ONE, WE CAN.”, the company’s new corporate slogan has been unveiled to the public in the Opening Party. ONE set this corporate slogan to unite ONE as a company and communicate the value ONE brings to the stakeholders. Our slogan “AS ONE, WE CAN.” truly unifies people and ideas to form ONE team including customers and business partners, extending beyond the individual power and delivering the best services.
“We wanted to find some appropriate wording for ONE that was simple, but which cut straight to the point and also under-pinned our corporate values. Something, with enhanced energy and determination, that symbolised a collective desire in an uncertain world to overcome all challenges before us. Bringing together all our many nationalities and cultures, to be a worthy and significant “servant of global trade”.”, Mr. Jeremy Nixon added.
