1. Consolidated Financial Highlights ( from April 1, 2018 to June 30, 2018 )
(All financial information has been prepared in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in Japan)

(1) Operating Results

*The Company consolidated its common shares on the basis of one (1) unit for every ten (10) shares effective October 1, 2017.
Accordingly, net income per share and diluted net income (loss) per share are calculated on the assumption that the consolidation of shares was conducted at the beginning of the previous fiscal year ended March 31, 2018.

(2) Financial Position

2. Dividends

* The year-end dividend per share for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2018 represents the amount with impacts
from the consolidation of shares taken into consideration and the total annual dividend is indicated as “-.”
The total annual dividend per share is ¥20.00 for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2018, which are calculated on
the assumption that the consolidation of shares was conducted at the beginning of the previous fiscal year ended
March 31, 2018.
