MSC’S Santana Service New Rotation

MSC’S Santana Service New Rotation

The following advisory was published by Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC):

Due to the current congestion in the Los Angeles area, MSC has decided to suspend the Los Angeles call from its Santana service to ensure it runs as smoothly and reliably as possible.

In today’s environment, Tacoma has become the most fluid of all US west coast ports. It offers great rail connections into the Midwest destinations with much faster cargo delivery compared to other gateways. Tacoma is also a good alternative to Seattle when it comes to local Pacific Northwest cargo.

The first eastbound and westbound omissions of Los Angeles are as follows:

WEEK 17 OMISSION EASTBOUND

Omitting Los Angeles call for MSC NERISSA, voyage UX118A, ETA Los Angeles, 22 May 2021, which rotates as follows: Yantian – Shanghai – Tacoma – Yantian

WEEK 20 OMISSION WESTBOUND

Omitting Los Angeles call for MSC NERISSA, voyage UX120R, ETA Los Angeles 22 May 2021, which rotates as follows: Yantian – Shanghai – Tacoma – Yantian
