MSC Launches New Cheetah Service Connecting Directly Asia and Mozambique

The following release was published by MSC:

MSC is pleased to announce the launch of a new standalone service, Cheetah, connecting Asia to Mozambique.

The service will commence with the inaugural departure of MSC SHEFFIELD III, voyage FH545A, from Singapore on 3 November 2025.

Our new Cheetah service will offer:

  • Faster transit times to/from Mozambique’s growing market;
  • Reliable and flexible MSC standalone service;
  • Enhanced port coverage in Mozambique;
  • Dedicated solutions for vehicles, electronics, textiles, and chemicals.

The service will call at the following ports:

Singapore – Colombo – Beira – Nacala – Singapore

This new service complements MSC’s existing network in the region, which includes:

  • Oryx: Directly serving Kenya and Tanzania;
  • Ingwe: Connecting Indian Ocean and South Africa.
