The following release was published by Maersk:
We have some important information to share about the TP20 service, which will be wound down in coming weeks.
TP20 was introduced to complement our Asia to/from the US East Coast offering. However, due to the ripple effects of the ongoing Red Sea situation, including delays and capacity constraints, we are required to reorganise the network to best meet our customers’ needs. As part of this, we will wind down the TP20 service.
What you need to know The last TP20 sailing from Asia will be:
- Voyage 424E BSG Barbados ETD Shanghai 13 June 2024
The last TP20 sailing from North America will be:
- Voyage 429W BSG Barbados ETD Newark 17 July 2024
There will be no TP20 sailings after these dates.
Please be assured that we will ensure continuous coverage of these markets, and that alternatives are available to you.
