As part of APL’s continuing efforts to boost service connectivity, we are pleased to share the launch of 6 new services in the Latin America market.

Oropendola Express (ORX), Andino Express (AN2), Turbo Express (TBX), Buzzard Express (BZX), Caribbean Martin Express (CMX) and Aracari Express (ARX) will significantly expand the North-South America network and provide competitive transit times for your shipments.

To bolster reefer services, ORX, AN2 and TBX will specialise in carrying refrigerated cargo. ORX and AN2 will facilitate shipments of fruits, vegetables, seafood and other refrigerated cargo from key ports in Chile, Peru and Ecuador to the U.S. East Coast. TBX will offer new coverage from Turbo, Colombia for refrigerated fruits to Asia.

Oropendola Express (ORX)
A weekly direct service between West Coast South America and Panama, ORX offers competitive transit time from Peru and Ecuador to the U.S. East Coast via seamless connections with APL’s AW2 and AW5 services at Colon.

Caribbean Martin Express (CMX)
The new weekly CMX service promises faster time-to-market from Caribbean to the U.S. East Coast – the transit time from Kingston in Jamaica to Miami takes just 4 days. CMX also extends coverage to Central America such as Belize and Honduras via seamless connection with APL’s Central America Express 2 (CXX).
