The current COVID-19 impact at Shekou is affecting the terminal productivity and containers turnover rate. With your cargo planning in mind, please note that there are changes at the Shekou Container Terminals (including Shekou Terminal/SCT, Chiwan Terminal/CCT, and Mawan Terminal/MCT) effective from March 22, 2022.

  1. Shekou (MCT/SCT/CCT) gate-in policy changes from Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) minus 5 days (ETA-5) to Estimated Time of Berthing (ETB) minus 4 days (ETB-4).
  2. The gate-in policy for the services linking Asia and the Mediterranean, specifically Mediterranean Service 1, 2, and 3 (MD1, MD2, MD3) where the gate-in policy will change from ETB-4 days to ETB-7 days.
