Hapag-Lloyd: MGX Service – Adjusted Florida Coverage

The following customer advisory was posted by Hapag-Lloyd:

In order to further improve our service network, the port rotation of the Mediterranean Gulf Express (MGX) will be adjusted.

We will drop the Port Everglades call and effective early June add a call to Miami in its place. This will improve our connectivity to the major southern Florida markets, offering excellent transit times of for instance 15 days from Livorno and 11 days from Valencia to Miami.

The first MGX vessel without a Port Everglades call will be:
Rio Grande Express 10W14
Miami will be added to the MGX rotation in early June.

In order to cover the Florida market in the interim period, we will temporarily offer the Mediterranean America Service (MAS) starting with the Buxcliff (voyage 01W11).

Salerno – Livorno – Genoa – Barcelona – Valencia – Miami
