The following release was published by Hapag-Lloyd:

A General Rate Increase (GRI) / General Rate Adjustment (GRA) from India's West Coast ports* to the United States West Coast is coming up. This change applies to cargo transported in 20’ and 40’ Dry, Reefer and Special containers, including High Cube equipment and is applicable to all containers gated in full from September 15, 2023 until further notice.
