Emirates Shipping Line (ESL) is pleased to announce the launch of our Far East Africa Express (FAX) service, effective 5th November 2023.
The Far East Africa Express (FAX) is a reliable weekly service offering one of the fastest transit times in the market. The FAX Service provides a direct routing from major ports in China to Mombasa and Dar Es Salaam, serving as the primary gateway for inland delivery in East Africa. The FAX service marks the FIRST direct service from Qingdao to Dar Es Salaam, offering connections from South East Asia via our dedicated hub in Port Klang.
The new port rotation for the FAX service will be as follows:
Qingdao – Shanghai – Ningbo – Nansha – Port Klang – Mombasa – Dar Es Salaam – Port Klang - Qingdao
