COSCO announced on March 10 that they will be adding an additional slot to their MEX6 service in a bid to foster a more efficient routing system between the Yangpu International Container Terminal and Abu Dhabi Container Terminal.
The Far East - Middle East service will increase its frequency from monthly to bi-weekly and the newly deployed 1.8K TEU JINXINGYUAN is currently forecasted to make her first call to Abu Dhabi on April 19. COSCO currently offers a total of 9 services to Abu Dhabi port, 4 of which are standalone operations.
