While we are yet to see a formal announcement from either carrier, eeSea analysts have confirmed through both CMA CGM and Maersk Line's long-term schedules that the CMA - WAX service between Asia and West Africa will be dropping its second Singapore call on the back haul, just after Colombo.

Cai Mep/ Vung Tau already began to claim the spot of favored South East Asian port on the Eastbound leg of the rotation with service version 22, which is backdated to early January 2025 in our database. Service version 21 will finish phasing out on on April 04.
