CMA CGM to upgrade its EURAF 4 service

In a continued effort to provide increased reliability and quality service in a challenging environment, CMA CGM Group is pleased to inform its customers of the EURAF 4 service upgrade connecting Europe to West Africa strategic markets.

Starting July 26th, 2016, NEW EURAF 4 service will further strengthen by providing significant product improvements:

  • Under the new Vessel Sharing Agreement, CMA CGM Group will contribute to 6 vessels of 8, the fleet will be upgraded from 2,500 TEU to vessel size ranging 3,100 – 3,500 TEU
  • NEW EURAF 4 will be improved with weekly calls at Bata and Malabo. The present service EQUATORIAL GUINEA EXPRESS will be discontinued as from MV GISELE A ETA Algeciras July 18th.
  • Direct service from West Mediterranean to Equatorial Guinea with shortened transit time up to 6 days. Bata is reached from Livorno in 20 days, Malabo from Valencia in 19 days

NEW EURAF 4 service port coverage is as follows: Livorno – Genoa – Marseilles – Barcelona – Valencia – Algeciras – Tangiers – Lome – Bata – Malabo – Onne (fortnightly) – Port Gentil – Libreville – Douala – Lome NB (fortnightly) – San Pedro (fortnightly) – Algeciras – Livorno
