CKYHE Alliance Cuts Asia – North Europe and Mediterranean Voyages

The CKYHE Alliance of Asian container lines will cancel a total of 9 voyages on their current Asia-North Europe and Mediterranean service loops from November 2015 through December 2015.

COSCO, “K” Line, Yang Ming, Hanjin Shipping and Evergreen said that the service reduction on their joint Asia – North Europe/Mediterranean trade will be performed in order to cope with the seasonal drop in demand.

Ships serving the NE 7 service connecting Asia to North Europe will not depart Ningbo on November 4, November 25, and December 16. The sailings within the NE8 service starting from Taipei are cancelled on November 8 and December 13.

The MD2 service which connects Asia to the Mediterranean will not sail out from Xiamen on November 15, November 29, and December 13. The ADR service, starting from Qingdao, will see one cancellation on November 26.
