If you visit the CMA CGM website at www.cma-cgm.com, you will notice that it’s quite different than it used to be. In an aim to better answer our customers’ needs, make it easier to navigate, to complete actions, and to visualize our complete offer, www.cma-cgm.com will continue to be redesigned to become a dedicated platform to our customers.
APL, ANL, & CNC websites will be aligned as well during the first semester of 2019.
As a first step, only the homepage and the navigation bar have been changed.
Find your favorite features
Here is a list of the main changes you need to be aware of:
Your connected area, previously known as “eBusiness” has been split into two distinct parts:
- “Routes & Pricing”, where you can access Routing Finder, Port Schedules and Voyage Finder, as well as Prices Finder and many other features;
- “Transport Management”, where you can find your Shipment Dashboard, tracking, booking, SI and VGM features, among others.
The elements can be found according to the life cycle of the shipment, making it more user-friendly to navigate:
You can access your connected area from those sections as well as from the “Sign in” button located at the top right-hand side of the homepage.
For more efficiency, you will also be able to access our tools “Get a Schedule” and “Track my Shipment” from the homepage.
- Local websites are now accessible through “NETWORK” at the top of your screen.
- The section previously titled “Products & Services” is now titled “Our Offers” and features our classic and complete product catalog.
- Value added services, that complete this offer, can be viewed under “Services +.”
- You will also find a dedicated space to discover our digital offer in the “Digital Services” section.
The connected area and other pages remain the same.
