Yang Ming is pleased to announce an enhancement to our Trans-Pacific East Coast service. We will introduce an additional direct call from Cai Mep to the U.S. East Coast on the EC2 service. Consequently, the service rotations for EC1, EC2, and EC3 will be revised as follows. This strategic adjustment strengthens Yang Ming’s service network, providing optimized transit times and diversified transportation options between Southeast Asia and the U.S. East Coast, ensuring greater flexibility for our customers worldwide.:
EC2 Service Update
- Eastbound: Maintain Panama routing, add Cai Mep, and remove Xiamen.
- Westbound: Switch to Cape of Good Hope (CoGH) routing. Add Halifax and Singapore, remove Manzanillo and Pusan. o Note: Manzanillo exports and Pusan imports can be shifted to EC1 as an alternative.

Xiamen – Yantian – Ningbo – Shanghai – Pusan – Panama – Manzanillo – Savannah – Charleston – Norfolk – Manzanillo – Panama – Pusan – Xiamen
